The firm

Built to work the other way.

Most legal advice arrives late and in pieces. A founder gets an opinion from one firm, a filing from another, and a structure nobody designed on purpose. Infinilex starts with the structure, handles the work itself, and stays with the company as it grows.

01. Why we exist

Structure first, then everything else.

We work with startups, investors and growing companies that operate across more than one country, usually some combination of India, the UAE and the United States. The pattern that breaks these companies is never a missing document. It is a structure that was assembled by accident: an entity here, a filing there, IP wherever the first contractor left it.

So we work in the opposite order. The structure is designed first, deliberately, for where the business is going. The filings, agreements and registrations follow from it. And because we run our own practices in all three jurisdictions, the design and the execution sit with the same team. Legal stops being the thing that holds up the next round, the next hire, or the next market.

02. How we practice

Four commitments.

01

One firm, three jurisdictions

Active practices in India, the UAE and the US. A multi-jurisdiction structure is designed as one system, not stitched together across firms.

02

We do the work ourselves

No subcontracting to a correspondent firm. The people you meet are the people who deliver. Where a filing or appearance requires a locally licensed professional, that professional works inside our engagement, not at the end of a referral chain.

03

Senior attention

Founders consistently mention Prashant’s personal involvement, including on urgent matters at short notice. You are not handed to the most junior person who can bill you.

04

Built for speed

Good structure exists so that legal stops being the bottleneck. The aim is to take the legal and compliance weight off the founder, so they can build.

03. The founder

Prashant Sharma

Prashant founded Infinilex and works directly with its clients. His practice covers contract drafting and negotiation and corporate law, with a focus on fintech, ed-tech and other regulated sectors. He has advised founders through incorporations and fundraises across the India, UAE and US corridor, and he also runs a free legal aid clinic.

“Consistently available, proactive, and vigilant. Prashant’s personal oversight across all matters, from structuring to capital-raising, has been exceptional.”

04. Standing

What we are, and what we are not.

Infinilex is a consultancy providing legal, compliance and structuring support to companies and their counsel. We are not a substitute for statutory auditors, and content on this site is general information rather than advice on your specific facts. Where your matter requires a professional licensed in a particular jurisdiction, for example for a court appearance or a regulated attestation, that professional is brought into the engagement explicitly, and you will know who they are.

Firm figures quoted on this site ($100M+ in fundraising advised on, $200M+ in deal value, 10+ IPO and pre-IPO mandates) are internal firm figures as of 2026.
