1. What this site is

infinilex.io is the website of Infinilex, a consultancy providing legal, compliance and structuring support to companies and their counsel across India, the UAE and the US. Using the site means you accept these terms.

2. Content is general information, not advice

Everything published here, including articles, checklists, calendars and comparison tables, is general information. It is not legal, tax or compliance advice for your situation, and it is not a substitute for advice on your specific facts. Laws and deadlines across India, the UAE and the US change; a page that was accurate on its stated verification date can be out of date when you read it. Confirm anything you intend to rely on against current law, or engage us to.

3. No relationship until engaged

Reading this site, downloading or printing a resource, emailing us, or booking and attending a discovery call does not create an advisor-client relationship. That relationship begins only when an engagement is agreed in writing, with a defined scope. Until then, do not send us confidential or privileged material; anything you share before engagement is at your own judgement and is not protected by an engagement's terms.

4. How we practice across jurisdictions

Infinilex is a consultancy, not a law firm enrolled as such in any single jurisdiction. Where a matter requires a professional licensed in a particular jurisdiction, for example a court appearance, a statutory attestation or a regulated filing reserved to licensed practitioners, that professional is brought into the engagement explicitly and identified to you. Nothing on this site is an offer to practise law where we are not qualified to.

5. Figures and testimonials

Firm figures on this site are internal figures, stated with their as-of date. Client quotes are reproduced from feedback given to the firm and reflect those clients' individual experience; they are not a promise of any outcome. We never guarantee a regulatory, transactional or judicial result. We describe what we do, not what we can promise.

6. Reliance and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinilex is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this site, including missed deadlines or positions taken on the basis of a published checklist or calendar without engagement. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design and marks on this site belong to Infinilex. You may print and share resources for your own use with attribution intact. Republishing them commercially requires our written permission.

8. Third-party services

Scheduling on this site runs on Calendly, and links may lead to third-party sites such as LinkedIn. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices, which apply to your use of them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Changes

If we change these terms, the new version is published here with a new effective date.
