Privacy policy
Short version: this site collects no data on its own. We receive personal data only when you email us, call us, or book a call through Calendly, and we use it to respond to you and run the engagement you ask about. We do not sell it, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers.
What we collect, and when
- When you email or call us: your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
- When you book through Calendly: your name, email address, the meeting time, and your answer to the preparation question. Calendly, LLC processes this as our scheduling provider; its own privacy notice also applies.
- When you request a resource PDF: your email address, used to send the document and, if you asked for them, occasional update notes. Every such email includes a way to opt out.
- Hosting logs: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and operations. We do not set our own cookies and run no analytics or advertising scripts.
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare for and hold the call you booked, deliver documents you request, run engagements, and meet our own legal obligations. We process this data because you asked us to act on your request, or with your consent where the law requires it.
Who else touches it
Three categories of provider: scheduling (Calendly, processed in the United States), email and document infrastructure, and website hosting. Each acts as a processor for the purposes above. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we share it beyond these providers only if the law requires it.
Cross-border transfers
We operate from India, the UAE and the US, and providers such as Calendly process data in the United States. By contacting us you should expect your contact data to move between these locations under the safeguards applicable law provides.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period after. Engagement records are kept as long as professional and statutory obligations require. Resource-request emails are kept until you opt out.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable law (including the GDPR or the UAE PDPL where they apply to you), you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for correction or erasure, withdraw consent, and complain to the relevant authority. Write to the grievance contact below and we will respond within the statutory timeline.
